I work in the Pennsylvania Natural Heritage Program at the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy in Pittsburgh, PA. I serve as a conservation planner and an ornithologist.

My project areas include mapping important habitats for rare species, conservation outreach, species distribution modeling, conservation landscape analysis, avian ecology and monitoring, and disturbance impacts to forested ecosystems. Other interests include studying moths and butterflies, native plants, and wildlife habitat relationships.
