Bowman’s Hill Wildflower Preserve Phytoblitz

  • Plant

Bowman’s Hill Wildflower Preserve is hosting a phytoblitz to update the information they use to manage and to educate with their living collection.  This 12-hour phytoblitz will focus on plant species found at the preserve.  Anyone interested in helping to identify any plant species including trees, shrubs, herbs, ferns, mosses, and lichens (which are not plants, but Bowman’s Hill would like to know which ones they have), etc… is welcome.  Bowman’s Hill Wildflower Preserve has over 80 years of education and conservation expertise covering over 100 acres, and this invaluable update will increase their effectiveness in all of the services the Preserve offers.  Please note that Bowman’s Hill Wildflower Preserve is hosting three phytoblitzes, across the seasons, to capture as many species as possible in the collected data.
